My Products would not download what should I do now?
    If you have any problems or your files are simply not there please email us at
    photographersunleashed@gmail.com so we can recheck the files and make sure we
    get your files to you.  If you

What should I do after I purchase my products?
    You have seven (7) days from the date of purchase to download your files.
    Make sure you back up your files to a safe location such as an external hard-drive or a cd
    After seven (7) days the download link will become inactive.  There is a $5 per product
    reactivation fee. So please make sure to back up the files you purchase.


Can I sell, trade or giveaway my files if I am not using them anymore?
    No, The files are for one user only and not to be redistributed in any way.
    If you are going to sell your computer or any storage drive with Photographers Unleashed
    products stored you must completely remove the files.
    * Please read the companies EULA Agreement for a detailed list of the terms.

I unzipped the files and there are a few files missing what should I do?
    Occasionally during the unzipping a few files get left behind. The best thing to do is to
    attempt the unzip again. If your files are still not all showing up please notify us right away
    so we can reset the files and make sure you get all your files.






     YOUR DOWNLOADS HAVE A TIME LIMIT DO NOT WAIT TO DOWNLOAD.

     IF YOU FAIL TO DOWNLOAD WITHIN THE TIME ALLOTTED THERE WILL BE A $5 FEE for EACH ITEM THAT HAS TO BE                  RESUBMITTED. 

After ONE YEAR we archive the order history as well as many of our products. IF your order is OVER one year you will be charged an additional fee of $15.00 to pull from the archives.  SO PLEASE save and BACK UP your files they are YOUR responsibility to have each year.

PLEASE SEND PAYMENT TO info@photographersunleashed.com via PAYPAL with a NOTE stating  that you need your order resubmitted IT MUST include your ORDER NUMBER and PRODUCT you need resubmitted. Without this information we will not know what the payment is for.


PLEASE BACK UP ALL YOUR FILES TO A SAFE STORAGE LOCATION SUCH AS AN EXTERNAL.  If you need your files resubmitted the same terms apply as above.
